Never Bash Other Women
Another insight man magnets share: Being catty will get you nowhere with guys. Men want to know that you’re confident. “Think about it: If you two start dating, he has a mom, sisters and female friends he’ll want you to spend time with,” says Marie Salazar, 29, a marketer from San Francisco whose male buddies are all in love with her (or so say her annoyed girl-friends). “Showing a guy that it won’t be a nightmare to bring you to a family dinner is a good first step.” Philadelphian Meredith Klein, 23, sums it up this way: “Someone else’s strengths don’t make you look bad—but being jealous and insecure does.”
Be Easy

It’s a corollary of “be busy”: Guys like women who have passions in life, so show yours! “When my husband and I were dating, he would always tell me how much my ambition inspired him to be better,” says Jessica Guberman, 34, a vice president of marketing and development for a national nonprofit in Princeton, New -Jersey. For Alexa Carlin, 20, of Wellington, Florida, fulfilling her dream of running her own fashion company caused a noticeable spike in male attention: “Girls who are motivated to accomplish their dreams show drive and determination—guys love those qualities.” Sharing your goals up front also affects the type of guy you attract. “High-quality men are drawn to ambitious women,” LoDolce believes. “I hate when women worry about intimidating men. Be the Person You Want to Date

How to fix the black community
1) Create no nonsense Skills & trade programs for unemployed & under skilled individuals.
Offer these programs to Non violent drug offenders ( drug dealers ) instead of incarcerating them. This way they can have a career & skill to be gainfully employed.
2) END the stop snitching campaign. Yes I'm from the hood & I know people will take some time to change their mentality. However I think We have to change b/c the Definition of insanity is repeating the same action & expecting different results. Obviously the stop snitching & allowing criminals to get away with crimes have not improved our communities. Therefore we have to switch tactics & instead of protecting individual criminals we should be protecting & revitalizing our neighborhoods. Another idea which has been frowned down on in the black community is cooperating with law enforcement. However under the premise that non violent offenders will be instead of incarcerated introduced to programs to improve quality of life.
3)Reach out to large corporations & wealthy Black Americans. These people have the resources to create & build businesses & create robust economic growth within the black community. Hiring & continuing the training of black employees. Create black banks where black entrepreneurs can receive loans to further increase black financial independence & prosperity. Gentrify our neighborhoods our self. Bring in profitable companies. With out radically raising the property value of the neighborhood. The point of this is to allow people within that neighborhood & reap the benefits of the economic prosperity. Slowly raising the property value so that they can maintain & their income can also grow to reflect the change. This will Allow residents to fully benefit from the Gentrification with out forcing them out like it has traditionally.
4)We have to end the dependence on the government. Of course we have to work with politicians & govt programs to go through the transition. However we have to drastically change social programs. We shouldn't be reliant of these programs long term. We should invest more in training & giving black people skills to become employed & entrepreneurs. 5 Bad Habits that could mess up your Marriage or Relationship
One of the main themes of my happiness project is marriage. For me, as with many people, my marriage is one of the most central elements in my life, my home, and my happiness.
When I started my happiness project, and I reflected about the changes I wanted to make, I realized I had five particular problem areas in my marriage. Here they are, along with the strategies I try to use to address them, though they remain challenging:
1. Demanding gold stars. Oh, how I crave appreciation and recognition! I always want that gold star stuck to my homework. But my husband just isn’t very good at handing out gold stars, and that makes me feel angry and unappreciated.
In response, I now think more about doing things for myself. I used to tell myself I was doing nice things for him – “He’ll be so happy to see that I put all the books away,” “He’ll be so pleased that I finally got the trunk packed for camp” etc. – then I’d be mad when he wasn’t appreciative. Now I tell myself that I’m doing these things because I want to do them. “Wow, the kitchen cabinets look great!” “I’m so organized to have bought all the supplies in advance!” Because I do things for myself, I don't expect him to respond in any particular way.
2. Using a snappish tone. I have a very short fuse and become irritable extremely easily – but my husband really doesn’t like it when I snap at him (big surprise). I’ve done a lot to try to keep my temper in check. I don’t let myself get too hungry or too cold (I fall into these states very easily); I try to keep our apartment in reasonable order, because a mess makes me crabby; when he tries to make a joke out of my temper, I try to laugh along; I try to control my voice to keep it light and cheery instead of accusatory and impatient. Confession: I've worked on this issue relentlessly for years, and still have a really tough time with it. For instance, I spoke in a snappish tone just last night.
3. Not showing enough consideration. . Studies show that married people treat each other with less civility than they show to other people -- and I do this with my husband, I know. I'm working hard on basic consideration, such as giving him warm greetings and farewells, not reading my emails while talking to him on the phone, etc. Very basic, I know.
4. Score-keeping. I’m a score-keeper, always calculating who has done what. “I cleaned up the kitchen, so you have to run to the store” -- that sort of thing. I’ve found two ways to try to deal with this tendency.
First, I remind myself of the phenomenon of unconscious over-claiming; i.e., we unconsciously overestimate our contributions or skills relative to other people’s. This makes sense, because of course we’re far more aware of what we do than what other people do. According to Jonathan Haidt’s The Happiness Hypothesis, “when husbands and wives estimate the percentage of housework each does, their estimates total more than 120 percent.” I complain about the time I spend paying bills, but I overlook the time my husband spends dealing with our our car. It’s easy to see that over-claiming leads to resentment and an inflated sense of entitlement. So now when I find myself thinking, “I’m the only one around here who bothers to…” or “Why do I always have to be the one who…?” I remind myself of all the tasks I don’t do.
Second, I remind myself of the words of my spiritual master, St. Therese of Lisieux: “When one loves, one does not calculate.” That precept is the basis for my 11th Personal Commandment: No calculation.
5. Taking my husband for granted. Just as I find it easily to overlook the chores done by my husband (see #4), it’s easy for me to forget to appreciate his many virtues and instead focus on his flaws. For example, although I find it hard to resist using an irritable tone, my husband almost never speaks harshly, and that's really a wonderful trait. I’m trying to stay alert to all the things I love about him, and let go of my petty annoyances. This is easier said than done.
I’ve found that working to keep my resolution to Kiss more, hug more, touch more is an effective way to help me stay in loving, appreciative frame of mind, with my husband and my daughters, too. KMHMTM is one of my very favorite resolutions! It doesn't take any extra time, energy, or money, and it makes a real difference in the atmosphere of my home.

REPUBLICAN Candidates 2012 election
What people have to realize 1st & foremost is Elections are competitions. One side will always point out the negative of their opponent. When you look at Democrats or Republicans both obviously have negative traits. Its easy to exploit these & paint a horrible image of your opponent. The goal in doing this is of course to get people to vote for you & not the other person.
So Im not surprised & no one should be when The Republican candidates try to negatively criticize President Obama. What I am upset about is the blatant lies & mis-information these republican candidates say. Point of view is king in a debate. If the crowd aka potential voters have a point of view thats favorable to you. Well then you've already won.
So republicans & Fox news have been trying to get America to have this point of view that
1 The stimulus package Obama signed failed
2 The Health care law Obama signed is Horrible & a monster
3 That Obama isnt a great Leader & is un able to fix our problems
4 That some how Obama has made things worse.
Now Im telling that all these statements are lies. Ill show you how. First when Obama became president The Banks were failing, The auto industry was failing, Wall street was in the gutter & had lost trillions of dollars. HORRIBLE STUFF The country was losing 100s of thousands if not Millions of Jobs Weekly & monthly again HORRIBLE STUFF!!! Stuff that if not corrected wouldnt have us in just a bad recession but if left unchecked would have lead America into a Depression. America being the Powerful economic nation it is that would have sent the GLOBAL economies in an even worse state. & that would have then came back on to America making things 1000 times worse.
Not only did the Stimulus Save the Banks, Save wall street, Stop the country from continuing to lose Millions of jobs, Save the auto industry as we know it. It also saved alot of people from losing their homes, Allowed people to continue to go to college Allowed States & cities to continue to have teachers fire fighters & police to keep our cities running,
All these things happened b/c of the Stimulus bill. NOt to mention it Stopped the Damn country from having a complete economic collapse. If you think things are bad now YOure right. BUT TRUST ME & ask any economist with out that Stimulus bill America would be 100 times worse I mean Food lines like in the Great Depression worse. I mean Crime waves like you aint never seen worse.
SO I think Obama signing the stimulus was GREAT & necessary. It may have not done every thing they said it would do. However it did the important things to stabilize our Country & stop us from Going completely OFF THE CLIFF!
The health Care Laws. Hey ABOUT TIME. This is America & the idea that some people here still die b/c they cant afford health care is horrible. You cant blame Obama for trying to remedy that. For all the End of the world Crap Republicans were saying about the health care law. Nothing changed yet accept positive things so far. Republicans are still painting this bleak picture of The Govt telling you what doctor to go to & what medicines you can get & what you cant. ALL is BUll Sh... Its lies Plain & simple. You will keep your doctor nothing will change. Even now the Mandate part of the law is being challenged & ultimately will be taken out of the Law so people who were complaining about that. Well what are you going to complain about NOW?
Look not Only did Obama stop our economy & Nation from going off the economic cliff he is going to allow millions of people who couldn't get health care have more access to it. He Killed OSAMA BIN LADEN or at least gave the green light to do it. He is going to end 2 wars that he inherited that Bush started. Have you seen Washington. Republicans in Congress seem to be like 5 yr olds. They want everything their way & don't want to compromise. Yet Obama still has gotten many things he wanted done. Its not only till Republicans won more seats & have more power that things have slowed down in Progress. America You have to blame your damn selves for that. You put these Republican Teaparty people ( republicans in disguise ) in office. What has it got us A downgrade from AAA to AA which will affect us negatively & more bickering & petty arguing.
In my opinion the fact that Obama has still done so much shows me hes A GREAT LEADER. Its easy to lead people who agree with everything you agree with or know how to compromise with things they dont agree with. However for Obama to not only get things done but get them done with people like Republicans who disagree with damn near everything he wants & arent willing to compromise on so many things. Thats shows a real Leader. He's doing a great job. Its congress & the republicans in congress who are stopping progress.
I think Republicans will continue to lie & distort the truth. They will continue to Stand by their ideas even when we have seen that these ideas are the same ideas that got us into this mess 8 yrs of BUSH. Less regulations less govt, Lets be So tough & forget about real diplomacy that we end up in 2 wars we cant pay for. Lets continue to give tax breaks to Billionaires & millionaires & hope they hire people. When we know they wont they will sit on their money & fly their jets & buy more summer homes lol. These ideas have failed. We seen them under Bush. Yet these Republicans still talk about these ideas like they re new & are the solution. lol its funny to me.
The last things Ill say All these Republicans are quick to say Obama Failed as a president. Why?
Is it because he hasn't completely done all the things he said he would do?
Well Ill say this. According to these Republicans they would Say GOD failed if they would have been there on day 3 of God creating the Earth. HAHAHA lol
Obama has only been President for 2 1/2 years he's half way through his Term. How can you say some one failed when they're only half way through the Job?
Actually even after his 1st term Obama will still only be Half way b/c Obama needs 8 years to fix the CRAP bush took 8 years to mess up. The worse thing we could do is put a Republican back in the white house & have him or her put back the same Failed ideas Bush had. If a Republican came fourth & just amazed me by putting fourth ideas that were so different from Bush so great & reflected the realities of these Modern Americas problems then Id be like ok. Id weigh them against Obamas ideas & choose. How ever as of now. They're saying the same crap that didn't work. I'm not a fool & hopefully you aren't either. Lets re- elect Obama & let him continue to fix the Crap Republicans made.

The last things Ill say All these Republicans are quick to say Obama Failed as a president. Why?
Is it because he hasn't completely done all the things he said he would do?
Well Ill say this. According to these Republicans they would Say GOD failed if they would have been there on day 3 of God creating the Earth. HAHAHA lol
Obama has only been President for 2 1/2 years he's half way through his Term. How can you say some one failed when they're only half way through the Job?
Actually even after his 1st term Obama will still only be Half way b/c Obama needs 8 years to fix the CRAP bush took 8 years to mess up. The worse thing we could do is put a Republican back in the white house & have him or her put back the same Failed ideas Bush had. If a Republican came fourth & just amazed me by putting fourth ideas that were so different from Bush so great & reflected the realities of these Modern Americas problems then Id be like ok. Id weigh them against Obamas ideas & choose. How ever as of now. They're saying the same crap that didn't work. I'm not a fool & hopefully you aren't either. Lets re- elect Obama & let him continue to fix the Crap Republicans made.

:Chapters are groups within 6pound nation that are composed of multiple 6pound members under a captain ( friends and Family)
The capt can assign 2- 3 lieutenants
These 2 or 3 lieutenants can take the place of the captain only when the captain gives permission and assigns 1 of the 3 to be in charge.
All 6pound members are equal. However the captain has to manage the groups when any thing comes up. Make phone calls send emails if necessary. example: Shows or events and we want to organize 6pound members in able to accomplish a goal.
Any member if he or she chooses can start their own Chapter if they are able to be a good leader & organize.
2) Promotion
The purpose of the 6pound nation is to spread awareness of 1s self worth and worthiness ( AND HAVE FUN)
Education : Knowing it does not only come from school or college but learning about the world and things around you.
illuminating : becoming aware and shedding light on your enviornment and how to become a better person. A more productive person and a positive force in society
The more members you recruit the more the message is spread. The better the community you live in will be.
3) Loyalty
:Staying loyal to the 6pound Nation.
Loyalty to fellow members. A commitment to each other & your community.
Realizing that by helping each other in positive ways you better your self and your community.
The best way to reach success is to have people in your circle who will be able to look out for you and you can look out for them. A 1 foot in the door mentality. If you can get 1 foot in the door then you can get your self all the way in and leave it open for your family & friends. (6pound members)
4) Respect
Respect your self and your fellow 6pound members. To respect your self you must know what respect is.
Believe you are worth being respected, Hold your self in high regard and show others the same respect you now know you deserve.
:Moral guide
Keeping a constant state of peace and positive energy as much as possible.
Do not try to belittle any 1 or blow out any other 6pound members candle so you can shine.
If we shine together the light is brighter.
Success can be achieved faster by team work ( 1 hand washes the other & both wash the face)
5)Philosophy
The number 1 philosophy of 6pound is to have fun be able to dance, sing, party and enjoy life. Do this at any level you want be as wild as you want just do it where it doesn't hurt or bring negativity to others.
6) Remember
6pound Nation is a movement and you are now apart of something that is a positive force. Always try to remain that positive force . Controlling your destiny means taking responsibility. This brings weight on your shoulders but as a 6pound member you are strong enough to do that so... GET HEAVY!

i read your profile, and yes, I do like being pursued, that is one of the hundreds of reasons i do not like black men. you feel like you are too cool to show how much you like a woman. not to mention you have color issues and love to say you are tons of other races when you are clearly black lol. your title is true. since i dont find black men attrative at all. if you read my post you would see I only date white men.
